Delete account in the Android app
- Open Fuel Finder UK and sign in.
- Open Account, choose the Account tab, then scroll to Delete account.
- Read the warning, type your account email address, then choose Delete permanently.
If your Pro membership is billed by Google Play, cancel it in Google Play first. Deleting the app or your Fuel Finder account does not itself cancel a Google Play subscription.
Request deletion on the web
If you cannot use the app, email [email protected] from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We may ask you to confirm details needed to protect the account from an unauthorised request.
What deletion removes
- Your Fuel Finder login, profile and account identifiers.
- Your favourites, alerts, garage vehicles, notification preferences and device registrations.
- The personal link between your account and community activity where that link is not required for security, fraud prevention or legal obligations.
Data we may keep
Fuel price reports and other community contributions may be kept as anonymised historical records. Limited billing, tax, dispute, security and fraud-prevention records may be kept for the period required by law or reasonably needed for those purposes. Station-manager submission audit records may be retained for accountability and compliance. This retained information is not used to recreate your deleted account.

Delete selected data without closing your account
You can remove individual favourites, alerts, notifications and garage vehicles from their relevant account screens. For other personal data, email [email protected] from the address on your account and tell us what you want removed.
